What We Have Done

Some examples of what we have done:

• A global Telecommunications Service Provider developed a platform based on ServiceNow® to provide customized ITSM services to major customers: We provided the architecture for integration with various internal workflow, management, and monitoring systems and we drove several customer implementation projects which included integration with the customers' ITSM system
• A global Telecommunications Service Provider developed a new ITIL-aligned customizable Service Management offer: We provided the service architecture guiding the development of the overall solution strategy, service platform and service level framework through an integrated view of the interactions of the various service components at the business, application, data, and technology levels
• A Public Relations and Communications group was formed by merging individual companies in various European countries: We provided project management for the roll-out of unified internal IT services.
• A global Telecommunications Service Provider wanted to improve consulting and implementation services around voice and video solutions: We provided a portfolio map, an inventory of existing material relevant for Knowledge Management, and developed processes and tools for planning IP Telephony solutions and for mobile cost assessment
• A Gulf region Real Estate developer was evaluating alternatives for providing triple-play services and the corresponding infrastructure for new cities: We provided a business case model and evaluated various 15-year scenarios
• A Gulf country Telecommunications Service Provider needed to restructure the Internet services portfolio: We provided advice on the service development process and developed a business case for the new portfolio
