  • Service Business Planning: understanding expected volumes, revenues and costs of a service to prepare investment decisions and reviews
  • Service Architecting: structuring all components making up a service at the business, application, data and technology levels
  • Service Development: developing tools, templates, processes and organizations for marketing, selling and delivering services
