We were a consulting company helping clients develop, improve and productize services supporting the full range of activities from service strategy, service portfolio design, service definition, service business planning, service architecture to service development and continuous improvement.

Examples of services we worked on range from consulting to outsourcing with a focus on IT Service Management for Corporate Networks, including complex integrations of ServiceNow® installations.

We ceased operations on September 30th, 2024.

Servalto was founded and run by Hermann Sielker until his retirement.
